Description
Introduction
FF shaft formwork is a formwork system specially designed for the internal formwork support of elevator shafts, flue shafts, ventilation shafts, light shafts and other closed shafts, which realizes the arrangement and disassembly of the internal formwork of the shaft. The shaft formwork system includes steel columns, steel (aluminum) formwork, adjustable construction platform, column height adjustment parts, and pedal cover.

The new elevator shaft base adopts an oblique support construction platform, which does not need to pre-embed the claw arm box in advance, and has a wider range of applications; the four corners have built-in height adjustment devices, which have a larger adjustment range and are easier to adjust; the upper cover adopts a modular design, which can be adjusted in both length and width directions, and has a wider range of applications.
6. Safety
The operating platform temporarily constructed by traditional shaft molds has a low safety factor and poses a great safety hazard. It is easy to cause scaffolding collapse accidents, resulting in huge casualties. Using the FF elevator shaft mold system, the construction safety factor is greatly improved.
